Happy Halloween

These are a few of the girls from my beloved Dental Hygiene Class of 2008. I love these girls and don't think I could make it through school without them. An occasional day of fun like this helps ever so much.

Hi

Here I am enjoying a green-tea latte at Starbucks.

Pirate Booty

"I am so pissed at my Mom and Dad for making me dress-up in this silly pirate costume."

Barnes and Noble hosted a Halloween story-time followed by an in store trick-or-treat. Munchkin was terrified of the other children and their costumes. He kept yelling "home, NOW".

Finally the pressure of hangin' with the other kids was relieved. He completely enjoyed looking through his collection of prizes.

Cluck, Cluck, Cluck

This year I have two Halloween costumes which will magically transform me into a pirate and/or a chicken. While Trick-Or-Treating indoors I will be looting the sweet treasures in my pirate gear, but outdoors I will be cozy and warm while asking for treats in my chicken ensemble. Here is a preview of me as a chicken.

Photography

Snow lining our path to the top of Lamb's Canyon made for an exhilarating autumn day. One isn't given many opportunities to view Lamb's Canyon in a winter setting, due to lack of road care in winter months. This was a greatly appreciated chance to see our home in a different light.

Salamander Pond

I'd better bundle up. It's cold out here.

Hey, somebody is peeking through the forest at us with a camera.

Salamander Pond is breath-taking in a winter setting. I have never seen the pond like this before.

Grandpa and Me

We found snow covered trees to disturb, burr.

Grandma and Me

I love you Grandma!

This was a magical, secret hiding spot that only Grandma and I knew about.
